How to make Dynatrace aware of Hosts behind F5 VIPs?

So we have many services that call out to F5 VIPs (LTMs) and behind those VIPs are hosts monitored in Dynatrace.

How do we make Dynatrace aware of the F5 VIPs and the hosts behind it so we can link all this data?

We have the F5 BIG IP plugin but it doesn't seem to help with that aspect.

No, sorry. Not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about Dynatrace's Topology being able to map the specific Hosts to the specific web applications and thus be able to determine if a request goes through a F5 entity or not and be able to see that when viewing any kind of Smartscape map.

Also, for some reason your reply is marked as a solution even though I don't remember marking it as such. And even though I've clicked Not the Solution, my post still shows that it is solved... Very odd.

Is this what you're trying to achieve?
I'm not sure if my solution is still valid in Gen3 as I haven't tried it recently.
