      <title>SaaS Chat with support button missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In our SaaS environment (new user interface), the chat functionality is missing. In Dynatrace Managed, there was the option to activate/deactivate it in the Management Console. How can we get the chat button back in SaaS? Is it possible to activate/deactivate it in SaaS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
