I do not know exactly if it was possible before with the multidimensional analysis but you could, instead, create a metric via Settings>>Server-side service monitoring>>Calculated service metrics>>Create metric and apply the conditions

Service name contains "digitaluserbff" and request name contains "/idp/v1......". Then split by dimension HTTP status below. It should result in the same outcome and be able to capture multiple services.

Or does this also error?

Hello community.
I have a restriction to generate a calculated service metric in MERGE SERVICE mode.
I'm sure I was able to do it previously (months ago) but now it restricts me from creating new metrics that way. Do I change something? Any idea how to do it?

TKS!

Hi,

As far as I know creating calculated service metrics splitting by merge services is not supported. Look at the message:

You have to change "split mode" field to "Split by services" and then proceed as @marina_pollehn has explained you or simply pressing on the button and you will also create it clicking on "Advanced options" link

which will take you to the menu indicated by Marina.

In case splitting by services wasn´t an option for you because you need to merge services mandatory I'm afraid it's not possible creating a calculated service metric.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Elena.
