Hi all,

i just assigned a host group to some servers and now some processes shows this flag: The process must be restarted due to inconsistent host group.

why is this message appearing ? every night the application is restarted.

After a change in the host group, the process must be restarted.
Please check if the affected processes restarted. Check process PID to see if it changed, check the STIME information from ps.

In case of Apache processes, you need a complete restart, not a reload.

To OP's question, I have the same issue and the warning maintains after process restart. They're restarted and the PID as changed but the warning persists.

After changing the host group, the process must be restarted. Check process PID's to see if it changed and restart the same one that may help
