I have disabled one of the environment in dynatrace by going to cluster management. Then for the active gates it was showing red color. After few days I cannot find that particular active gates in cluster management. I checked in the active gate vm, the process is still running. I have re enabled the cluster now, but hosts session showing no active gates deployed. How can I fix this ?

just restart the activegate process

on windows:
<LI-CODE lang="markup">net stop "dynatrace gateway"

net start "dynatrace gateway"</LI-CODE>
on linux:
<LI-CODE lang="markup">sudo systemctl restart dynatracegateway</LI-CODE>

also make sure that the PaaS token that you've used when installing them still exists in Access tokens
