Hello everyone

do you know if Dynatrace offers any discounts of Black Friday this month to buy a voucher for Dynatrace associate exam.

also will there be any questions about Dynatrace Saas platform as I only use Managed and have no idea on the features offered in saas.

Regarding the Vouchers either offered:

After the official bootcamps upon active contribution.
After the Perform events, as of now we haven't received vouchers this quarter.
I don't think 😉 there is a support for Black Friday vouchers 😊 to be deducted from the exam bill, you can refer to Dynatrace university regarding such inquiry.

For the associate exam preparation, it's important to cover all aspects of SAAS and managed both, as the exam has been updated to include topics like OpenTelemetry, Grail, and practical questions. Since the passing percentage is now 80%, it's crucial to study thoroughly.

Hi @SOBE ,

I know some time has passed but I'm in the same situation now. I hope you were able to get certified.

It seems that the Associate exam is mainly focused on SaaS functionalities. I have been working in Managed for 2 years now and just now we migrated to SaaS. In my opinion the exam is quite hard for a "beginner" level, but it is what it is.

Also another thing that I don't really like is they have revoked the mock exam. Currently you have no way to get a feel of the exam before you attend one, which is a pity.
