topic limit if services in time - volatile WebRequest in Open Q&A

Hi guys!

I have in my managed environment some volatile WebRequest services since we created a new rule for external WebRequests.
We adjusted the rule and have reduced something like 50 services, but I still have the volatile service.
How much time does it take for the environment to adapt?

For example: I had 150 services until my adjustment; now I have just 100 (which is my limit). How long does it take for the environment to stop considering the older 50?

Hi @GBGabs

The changes should take effect immediately based on the traffic, provided the rule is created correctly. Additionally, you can submit a support ticket requesting the support team to increase the flag value from its default setting to a more suitable number. Since you mentioned 150, you can request an increase to 200.

If I recall correctly, the flag name is "webRequestUntrustedTechMaxNumServiceIdsPerBucket" you can include this in your ticket as well.

Best regards,

Hamdy
