The issue here is around the fact that the code is written in IIB code framework and we are not be able to create a custom service or API definition on it because its not one of the supported technologies

@Yosi_Neuman custom services are no-go for IIB. The only method I can think of is using the newly released traces on grail where you should be able to query what you need and put it on a dashboard or notebook. I don't think you can do that in classic apps or in Dynatrace Managed. Also afaik there is no support of One agent SDK for IIB, but there is OpenTelemetry suppoort on recent versions of IIB (IBM ACE). But I'm not sure of there is any chance of calling otel api/sdk from the IIB code and also if it's possible to connect otel and Dynatrace OneAgent traces in this scenario due to the nature how tracing in IIB works.
