Thanks much for your response.

Are you able to test this out successfully? I've tried filtering with title "Multiple infrastructure problems" I didn't work for me.

Hi,

Is it possible to filter via number of impacted infrastructure components for a problem in alerting profile?

Expectation here is, in the current alerting profile, filtering is via tags, event title, problem severity which has a delay set. In case, when Davis AI generates a "Multiple infrastructure problem" which obviously has more than one impact infrastructure components affected is still being picked by this alerting profile which has this delay but in reality, when multiple infrastructure components are affected, this shouldn't undergo any delay defined in the alerting profile as it is a priority case.

I'm aware that we can't use event filters option in alerting profile since this title "Multiple infrastructure problems" is a simulated one by Davis AI.

Any suggestions to meet this requirement?

Regards

Multiple infrastructure problems typically is generated after multiple, problem cards are built and are merged into one. Without knowing your overall Alert Profile I would recommend the following as a fail safe. Build a net new alert profile that is triggered immediately and add in an event filter to focus on "Multiple infrastructure problems".

Here is a simulation:
