Hi @g_kat

According to the documentation, it appears that if a call times out or doesn't return an HTTP error code, it is not included in these metrics and is only reflected in builtin:service.errors.client. However, I would recommend verifying this information by opening a support ticket.

Hi,

I'm wondering if the metrics calls without HTTP 4xx/5xx errors takes into account requests that may timeout and never return a response code. There are cases where requests don't return a response code due to timeout, though I haven't been able to verify if they are calculated in the metric.

Thanks,

George
