Dynatrace Associate Practical Question

Hi,

I would like to know if below steps are correct to practical questions.

1. follow the instructions of the questions like naming the dashboard, markdowns etc.

2. Take the screenshots. Copy it from downloads folder and upload them on questions.

3. Move to the next question.

Am I missing anything here? I appeared for exam lately and had 0% in Dashboard section. So just trying to understand if I am doing anything wrong.

@surivijay143 Yes, that's the way to do it . May be there is some mistake in uploading the correct screenshot or answering it correctly

I did open the support ticket however they did not provide information if I made any mistake uploading or naming the screenshots. They just said marking is accurate.

For practical questions, it should take sometime to provide the results however I received my result in few minutes.
