Do you see this in new but not in the classic app for the same trace? Have you noticed any gaps in the purepath between the two? If a message appears in new but not in the classic app, that suggests new may be more accurate—unless both views are identical and you see no gaps.</P><P>Regarding disabling Classic, it is one of the core apps which managed by dynatrace.
