Seconded on NJ's recommendation from above. We did this at my client site and it is particularly helpful. As stated, it's not done by default, so adding this as sort of a workaround is great.

When we drill down into a Purepath and view the Summary tab. Metadata section - Client IP is shown but unable to search from global search bar.

How can we locate the Purepaths with a particular Client IP?

Hey Sonya,

I recommend you create a "Request Attribute" for this. If the Client IP is in the HTTP Header e.g X-Forwarded-For, then you can create the request attribute and be able to filter in the service details page based on this request attribute. You will not be able to search in the global search bar but you can filter for the purepaths on a service that have that particular request attribute.

See link on how to create a request attribute.

Thanks

NJ
