Would it be possible to monitor an application (Let's say a JAVA application), that is build and runs on ORACLE Tuxedo?

I don't believe that it is possible to inject an application Full Stack in Tuxedo. The maximal result you would be able to get is infrastructure monitoring combined with a self developed activegate extension to get extended metrics.

This would be host performance, monitoring of logs that you forward to dynatrace and metrics you pull from an api.
