OneAgent update

Hi,

If I intend to update oneagent version from 1.303.xx to 1.321.xx but ActiveGates catering them are at 1.319, would this upgrade be affected in any way? Even if it is successful, would there be any compatibility problems if AG's are still at lower version when compared to oneagent.

Hi,
upgrading OneAgent from 1.303.x to 1.321.x while ActiveGate is 1.319 should work without problems.ActiveGate mainly work as proxy/router for OneAgent → cluster traffic and doesn’t need to match the OneAgent version.
But, sometimes AG versions are required for protocol changes/features.
So, long story short:
Upgrading OneAgnet to 1.321.x with AG 1.319 shouldn’t be blocked and shouldn’t cause incompatibilities for core telemetry
