    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;We have a need for ctc servers to be in full stack to test out our monitoring however when trying to set some of them to full stack we get the following error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;initial research indicates that there is a problem with the oneagentctl.exe file , indeed on the servers with the problem it appears to have been "updated" today but has a file size of 0 bytes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;D:\Dynatrace\OneAgent\agent\tools&amp;gt;dir D:\Dynatrace\OneAgent\agent\tools\oneagentctl.exe Volume in drive D is Support Volume Serial Number is 0C29-76E6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Directory of D:\Dynatrace\OneAgent\agent\tools&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;08/07/2026 16:34 0 oneagentctl.exe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Can you please urgently advise how we reinstall this missing exe/dynatrace&lt;/P&gt;</description>
