Hi @Vamsikrish

I have checked your attached diagnostic screenshot, it confirms directly — it says "No called process for this service." That means no monitored application process has been observed making a call to this MSSQL instance yet. This is expected behavior, not a bug: Dynatrace creates database services based on traffic from the calling application, not from the database host's own OneAgent. I mean to say Dynatrace creates Database Services dynamically by capturing incoming calls/queries from monitored application processes. Because no monitored process on the calling client side is currently making/reporting queries to this SQL instance, Dynatrace hasn't instantiated a Database Service entry.

So to move forward:

Identify which application(s)/services actually query this SQL instance.
Confirm those app hosts have OneAgent in full-stack mode (not infra-only).
Generate/verify real traffic from that app to the DB — if there's genuinely no traffic yet, the service won't appear until there is.

Thanks,

Sujit

Hello,

i have this issue where one agent is installed in a host and all the services are fetched by default . an MSSQL instance is running too. But the database services are not listing under database services window in dynatrace . I did a one agent diagnostics and got these info as attached in the image.

In other hosts i did not see any issue and services were showing okay.

From where can i start investigating this issue further.
