Every minute the oneagent will reach back out and try to connect. The data will be retained for 1 hour. You can have multiple gateways so if it fails on one it will try the next in line and continue until it connects. there will be no data loss as one gateway shuts down, The oneagent will fail over to the next gateway that it can communicate to and pass the data that it has compiled.

Behavior and specification of oneagent (about communication with ActiveGate, tenant)

Does anyone have information about the following?

1.When an oneagent fails to connect SaaS tenant due to network issues, how often and how many times does an oneagent retry to connect SaaS tenant?

2.How much data or how long can a ActiveGate buffer data received by oneagents?

3.How much data or how long can an oneagent keep data when it can’t communicate with ActiveGate or saas tenant due to network issues.

4.Suppose there exist multiple ActiveGates (redundant). when ActiveGate used by an oneagent is suddenly shutdown, is there possibility some data buffered in the ActiveGate will be lost even if the oneagent successfully switches to another ActiveGate.

5. Is there mechanism to cap the memory consumption of oneagent?
