What is the difference between security gateway and activegateway on Dynatrace managed ?

Hello, I was trying to install activegateway by following the steps described in the documentation.

But instead of finding the activegateway on the home page [...], I found add new security gateway.

I would like to know the difference between activegateway and security gateway.

Hi Bouare,

It seems that ActiveGate is former Security Gateway.

We have tried both of ActiveGate and SecurityGateway, it must be the same component. I think that the name will be changed in next releases. But it has not been posted on the release notes, as far as I know.

Correct. The name is changed in v1.151, release notes should be published soon.
