topic Host goes to unmonitored mode while all the data is current in Open Q&A

I have an issue with a host (Windows Server 2008 R2 VM created in Google Cloud Platform, 2vCPU, 6 GB RAM) that goes into unmonitored mode though all other data, such as processes, user visits and so on are still current and available in the UI. On the host I have easyTravel installed and set to work with Dynatrace Managed. The agent connects to my instance of DT managed and all precesses are instrumented properly. The host's behavior is not related to a problem pattern run in easyTravel.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on and how/where to check the agent activity? I quickly scanned the agent logs, but could find anything that seems related.

In general, host will go to unmonitored state despite metrics being collected if OSIInfo message is not delivered. This sometimes happens in networks with connectivity problem, but should be reflected in agent logs. If running processes are refreshed however, it would indicate that OSIInfo is delivered and potentially some investigation from the Avaialbility Framework team should be conducted. We should follow with bug report for that.
