Some application running on Windows 2008 server. Based on dump analysis it was identified that high CPU on server was caused due to Dynatrace implementation on server. Can anyone please help how to troubleshoot.

Please open a support ticket in such cases:

https://support.dynatrace.com/supportportal/

There are so many reasons for a high CPU. Without knowing the applications and system configuration in details it's hard to find the cause. I'd recommend switching the OneAgent into infrastructure mode at first, restart all processes and verify if the issue still persists.
