Settings that OneAgent connect directly to SaaS tenant when install ActiveGate

Hi all,

We install ActiveGate to monitor VMware vCenter.

In this case, is it possible to do setting that OneAgent connect directly to SaaS tenant not to ActiveGate?

There is no such setting at the moment. However, you can firewall the ActiveGate port (9999/tcp) so the agent won't be able to connect to the gateway.
Anyway - ActiveGate introduces some benefits such as connection compression (up to 75%). I prefer having the agents connected via the ActiveGate unless there is a very good reason not to do so.

I believe setting "MSGrouter" to "false" should help here.
