DataPower Failures (Service) metric not gathering any data

I'm working with DataPower Plugin V1.091, trying to build a custom chart on my dashboard to view the Failure rate of services monitored by DataPower.

I chose the Failure (Service) metric for my custom chart but there is no data shown AT ALL, not even filters to filter from, no matter how wide i set the time frame, and I know for a fact that there were service failures in these time frames.

Can you help me to fix this, or perhaps direct me to a better metric for monitoring my services failures?

You can find the metrics that we are gathering here:

The failure metric is something that a couple of customers are feeding in manually using the API, the interface of DataPower does not provide us this aggregated metric.
