topic Monitors F5 load balancer in Extensions

I'm monitoring the F5 load balancer with two boxes one active and one passive. I installed the new extension and configured two devices with the same settings, but one has an ok status and the other has an error status. Any tips for this problem?

What do the errors say when you look at the logs?

The connections are simple SNMP, so try a MIB walker tools (Solarwinds and PRTG have them for free) to make sure the community string and tcp connection work. Even if the node is passive, its still alive and should still share metrics.
