Dynatrace Service Visibility for Extension

Hello everyone!

We are currently using Intersystem IRIS extension on our environment. (Reference: https://www.dynatrace.com/hub/detail/intersystems-iris-remote/#installation)

But it shown 0 entities being called while there are 80 web requests detected as shown below:

In this Apache Web Server Httpd on one of our host, there is called process InterSystem IRIS Kernel as shown below: 

Is it possible for the entities / service could be read on InterSystem IRIS extension or shown connected via smartscape?

The fields you see on that infographic are standard for 'custom devices' so we cannot remove them an in this extension you will never see entity relationships as this extension is scraping metrics remotely and reporting them to this custom device that is unrelated to the OneAgent detected IRIS process you see on that Apache process.

There is a 2.0 framework version of this extension coming out soon with a few improvements but it will not address this particular case as it still is collecting the metrics remotely and reporting them to custom topology entities rather than OneAgent detected entities.

In the future we may be able to create a version of this that runs and reports metrics locally but this has not yet been looked at so no ETA.
