Troubleshoot error in Oracle Database Extension

I have configured the Oracle Database extension.

But I am getting an error which is as follows:

No keepalive from database sqlOracle. Restarting

I am getting this error frequently. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this error.

Can anyone guide me about this?

Hello Vaishnavi,
Hope you are using the latest version of the extension. Version number please.

check on parameter SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME with your DBA team
update the extension to latest version

remove & reconfigure the extension again.

make sure there is no space in trailing IP address to connect DB server

As @RazTN7 wrote, the problem is probably the connection timeout settings that are in the database. Talk to your DBA about the connection idle time if the connection is interrupted too often.
