Hi Sij,

There is nothing you need to do to dtuser except granting read access to /var/mqm/qmgrs and read/write to /var/mqm/log. Nothing else. The rest of access and permissions is done on IBM MQ on the queue manager according to your authentication policies (whether to authenticate user passed, user + password, combination of both, ignore both, etc.)..

What difficulties are you encountering? Could you please elaborate on that?

Thanks,

The goal is to grant essential privileges to dtuser, enabling the extraction of queue information for display on the dashboard. According to the provided documentation, this should be achievable. However, we're encountering difficulties granting the necessary privileges at the dtuser level because dtuser doesn't create a home directory by default. Could you please provide detailed steps and the necessary information to configure the extension in OneAgent?
