Set up the “Connection Pools: Tomcat” extension

Hello to the community.

We're encountering a problem when trying to set up the “Connection Pools: Tomcat” extension. The status always remains “pending”. Is it necessary to restart the services? Do you have any idea what's causing this problem?

Hi,

Once you enabled the JMX 2.0 OneAgent feature you indeed need to restart the processes. You don’t have to restart them with every new extension.

We are having the same issue. Status has been "pending" since activated. Wonder how to troubleshoot and fix it? Thanks.

I also experience pending with Tomcat process configuration with the new extension. They have been restarted several times and all prerequisites seem to be good.
