Hello, in a previous post I asked how to modify an extension already present on the hub and I succeeded ( thanks to everyone for the help). Now the problem is that I don’t understand why I can’t make this metric visible:

( the status of the various tasks).

Another metric I was able to insert correctly but this is not found by Dynatrace. Have any of you already done it?

Hi,

Metrics are always numerical, and this is a string. The only way to currently handle that is by storing the value as a dimension, and setting the value to a constant 1. However, we would not update the state when the value changes as it's only fetched once.

Thank you so much for the tip. But it seems strange not to see even the Subgroup. Do any of you know?

I don't understand what you mean with not seeing the subgroup. Do you mean that you have more metrics in the same subgroup and none of them are visible in Dynatrace, while metrics in another subgroup are?
