Elasticsearch extension - Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate

Hello:

This is in the context of installing the Elasticsearch extension...

Error message:

Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate.

Reason: The monitoring configuration requires ActiveGate version 1.265.0 or later that supports data source python (runtime version min: 3.9.0) and belongs to group "elasticclustermonitoring"

The attached screenshot has the Properties and Modules enabled for the Environment Activegate.

EAG version - 1.297.7.20240820-171627

Unfortunately, none of the Reasons mentioned in the Error message is true for the EAG.

What could be causing the extension to fail to install?.

Usually that happens when for some reason the extension execution controller did not successfully install. Try to reinstall the AG as a first step, and otherwise open a support case.
