Since august or so, we were encountering segmentation faults in our PHP application, running under Apache+PHP-FPM. The server log mentionned the OAsubpathsender function, which points to Dynatrace OneAgent. Indeed, segmentation faults no longer occur when deep monitoring for the PHP technology is disabled.
This appeared in OneAgent version 1.297 and still present in version 1.299, as currently deployed on our servers.

I hope that this problem will be resolved in future versions of OneAgent and that we will be able to re-enable deep monitoring again soon.

thanks

If it doesn't happen with deep monitoring disabled, then it's clearly an instrumentation issue. Please check first if your versions are supported (likely yes) and as you already have support ticket opened, reach out to your CSM or Dynatrace representative for escalation.
