Hi

I'm using Dynatrace with the Oracle database extension version 3.1.3. I've installed the
OneAgent on my database server. I'm looking to monitor the connection pool for my Oracle database, specifically metrics like the number of open pool connections, failed connections, queued requests, and connections in use. Ideally, I'd like to see these on a dashboard.

Does the extension provide these metrics out of the box? If not any ideas how I can write custom queries within Dynatrace to get this information?"

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Ranj

Hi,

You can find which metrics in the botton of Oracle extension.

If you need another queries, you can create your own custom extension base on original. I recommend you video A Practical Guide to SQL Extensions with Dynatrace.

Best regards
