    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not without some tinkering as the SDK downloads libraries using pip. You could download all dependencies to an offline artifact registry and grab them from there using&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;--index-url&lt;/SPAN&gt; when building the wheel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Building extensions in a complete offline mode?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried building EF2 extensions in a complete offline mode, with no Internet connectivity. While simple extensions seem to be possible, building python ones seems particularly difficult. Is this even possible with the SDK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
