The SQL extension has been updated, and the endpoints have been configured, but this error still appears:

Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate. Reason: The monitoring configuration requires ActiveGate version 1.295.0 or later that supports data source sqlServer and belongs to group "default"

The ActiveGate version was checked: version=1.307.29.20250211-222620

But even so, it still does not connect.

First, check the Active gate enabled modules and version of extensions modules in your environment for the default group. All this information is available in deployment status. Also you might want to check log files of the extension module for detailed information.

Currently has the 2.0 extension modules in the activegate

@gabriel_gomez check the log files on the activegates in the group. (Extension module) Log files are includes in the support archive which can be triggered from deployment status screen.
