Extensions creator how to add db

My customer has used AppDynamics to run SQL queries from the app to test different aspects of their DBs as well as gathering metrics. I have found that we have an extensions creator that can be used to mimic the same functionality as AppDynamics. we added a group to the extension, we named it, added a test query, and we correlated it with a metric, However, we do not see a field for the DB connection. how do we establish a connection with the DB to test this query?

Hi!

I moved the thread over to the extensions forum as product ideas is not the correct place for questions.

Once you've filled everything in, you need to hit the "Deploy" button, which will allow you to sign the extension and start configuring the endpoint to pull in data to Dynatrace.
