Do additional custom MIB files require restart?

I have added custom MIB files in /var/lib/dynatrace/remotepluginmodule/agent/conf/userdata/mib-files-custom/

They don't seem to be grabbed there, so I disabled/enabled the corresponding monitoring configuration, but that didn't work.

I also did "systemctl restart remotepluginmodule.service", but also without success.

What do we need to do after inserting a custom MIB file, so that the SNMP traps extension starts converting OIDs?

Just to add that I'm sure the MIB files are the correct ones, confirmed with snmptranslate

It seems to work only after restarting extensionsmodule
