Mapping understanding

I am new to Dynatrace , working on Oracle and I want to know the below:

What is the mapping of

Dashboards >> Metric Key >> Metric Event >> Alerting Profile >> XMatter Integration.

Also, I can see some oracle related events but not the keys. For example:

Metric Key event: com.dynatrace.extension.sql-oracle.dataguard.archiveDestErrStatus
How can I add this metric key, its not visible.

Is it applicable to Oracle RDS Read Replica or RDS Custom?

Is extension configured to a Dataguard Oracle database already?

If yes, you should be able to see that metric.
