SAP abap, no detected RUM In custom application

Hi,

We encountered an issue while configuring our custom SAP ABAP application. We're able to retrieve all the metrics except for the RUM (Real User Monitoring) metric.

We have already set up a dedicated ActiveGate, double-checked the privileges of the Dynatrace user, and verified the flux. However, the RUM metric still isn't being captured.

Could you please help me understand the possible reasons behind this issue?

if you still could not figure out, please open a support ticket with all the information and what you found with initial troubleshooting.
