I believe the issue is related to topology mapping rather than Oracle monitoring itself.

I would check the following:

Is the Oracle server monitored by OneAgent? If not, Dynatrace has no host entity to correlate the database with.

Does the extension create a relationship to the Host entity rather than only to a custom entity?

Does the entity ID used in the relationship match the actual Dynatrace Host entity ID?

If the IP address is collected only as a custom property, it may be visible in the entity properties but will not appear in the standard Database Overview host/IP field.

If the relationship is already configured correctly and the host is still not displayed, I'd recommend reviewing the extension's topology mapping, as that's what determines how the database entity is linked to the monitored host.
