At the last it says about a activegate plugin awaited. Has it been released. Where can I get an ActiveGate plugin for Prometheus metrics on Kubernetes?

There is Kubernetes tab in dynatrace. There is as well proper tab in settings where you can connect dynatrace to Kubernetes cluster:
