Hello, we have a recent addition to our team. We administer and help leverage Dynatrace for our organization.

I am also a newer employee. I am looking for the best training advice and path for our new employee.

Right now she has been directed to Dynatrace University.

I would really suggest the Dynatrace University.

From there, the certification path is an important reference on how you can gather skills and demonstrate that you have them: https://university.dynatrace.com/overview#certification

The Dynatrace documentation site is also a good reference point: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/

There are also Virtual Instructor Led Trainings available within Dynatrace University, which can help prepare you for certifications as well as catch up to speed on product knowledge. I highly recommend the Dynatrace Associate vILT.
