Dynatrace Associate Exam - No Email Received

Hi all!

I recently took the Dynatrace Associate Exam. However, it's been over 10 days and I still haven't received any email from Dynatrace regarding my score.

When I go into Dynatrace University, I do see a score listed for the exam, but this was available almost immediately after my exam was over. I am skeptical that this is my final score, seeing as the practical session would've taken a few hours to grade.

I was under the impression that the practical section would be graded later by a real person, and I would be sent an email that contained my total score. Is this accurate and can I expect an email later on?

If I experience a technical problem with the exam itself, who do I contact?

Please create a support ticket for Dynatrace University.
