Here's my feedback from the certification exam:

- The theoretical part requires a lot of preparation and a thorough understanding of all the technologies.
- The practical part requires a lot of experience in DQL. Be prepared.
- Dynatrace offers a certification preparation course. This course only includes a summary of the exam points. You must therefore take each point and study it.

Personally, I received the results of the exam 6 days after taking it.

Hello, I'm preparing for the certification exam. I attempted it in March 2025, but it seems the certification exam has changed.

I just finalized the "learning path" that is now offered, and some elements are missing in this new version ( ex: SLO .... Distributed Traces )

Many of us don't really understand the level of learning that is required. Personally, I found the March 2025 exam to be very comprehensive, with very targeted questions. Is this still the case?

In short, do you have any experience with this new version of this exam?

There’s quite a lot of BizEvents coming up; the practical part still covers hosts, OAs, ActiveGates, etc. Managed is not coming up as much as before, and security is also included. That’s what some colleagues who have taken the exam told me

Hi,
when it comes to the practical part, prepare for DQL.
For the theory, there are many questions about severity, synthetic tests, business events, security scans, and ingestion options.
