My Dynatrace Proffesional Practical Exam Result still not get it

Hi All,

I have done my exam proffesional practical since 10 November 2023

Until now the result still not inform me, it says 3-5 business days.

But now is 8 days, still not get the result

Please help me about this, all dynatrace master admin

Hi,

The best thing to do is to write via support ticket to the University crew to ask about your score.
I generally received the same day.

Hi @andra_nosa, you can try to send an email to certification@dynatrace.com and ask where the hold-up is. If I recall, that's the best email address to use in this case.

How long ago did you mail that address? If only today, be a little patient as someone will respond 🙂

I would also reach out. In general its good to know that if you do the exam on the weekend, you will usually not receive the results right away or on the next day - I had to wait 3 days I believe. Nevertheless, 8 are a lot - that's not their usual. I would also create a ticket.
