This would be a good candidate for a Dynatrace Support case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The link to create a case is &lt;A rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://answers.dynatrace.com//support.dynatrace.com" target="_blank"&gt;support.dynatrace.com&lt;/A&gt;.       <title>Intermittent data process</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had an issue recently and we were not able to see all the processes of many of our hosts and some of them appear in gray and cannot access any services. This happens intermittently. There have not been any deployment changes, shut down, or configuration issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like in the image below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.dynatrace.com/legacyfs/online/25540-1593628321115.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know what could happen?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
