Sorry for the late reply. No this is not a normal behavior. It seems that OneAgent and the real user monitoring javascript set both the dtCookie which should not happen. Perhaps there is something in between like an application firewall which has a negative impact.

For such specific questions please create a Dynatrace support ticket in order to help you directly: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/contact-support/

Hi,

I am investigating why there are 2 dtCookie on the request header.

I captured Fiddler logs and found RUM JavaScript re-issued Set-Cookie: dtCookie header.

The first one was issued on the response header of URL "/orb_uat/orb/top_menu/launch"

The second one was issued on the response header of URL "/orb/rb_..." (beacon path)

Is it usual behavior of RUM JavaScript?

Best Regards,

Natsumi Tanaka
