Thanks Flo. Would you know how the Visit decreases the number of visits licensed if the session goes on for a long period of time ?

With an instrumented mobile app am I correct in saying a session/visit can be timed as if the application was the browser? So the app has to be shutdown or a dtrum.endSession() called. (I assume the auto instrumentation does this on closing of the app) Is the same 30 min inactivity delay also in force on the mobile app?

Hi

As far as I know this is correct.

On a related subject don't forget that the action data is batched and sent 2 minutes after the action unlike a browser visit.

Regards

Flo

Hey Ray,

An additional session/visit is deducted after every 60 minutes so if the session lasts 6hr and 30 minutes, 7 sessions/visits are deducted from your license.

Hope This Helps

NJ
