We had a similar issue where all our users were using IE11, but the user sessions reported IE7. WHen we drilled down into this we found that the application actually used an emulator on the webpage to IE7. so yes the browser was IE11 but emulated down to IE7 so there fore the data was correct in dynatrace. I recommend taking a look at your purepaths for the users and decode the browser.

The user sessions for most of my applications are reporting with wrong browser versions. For example, when a user is using Edge version 89.xx.xx Dynatrace user session is reporting it as IE7. The session is a desktop session and our corporate desktops doesnt have IE7 for years. This is not a single session as there are hundreds of them reportingas IE7

Any reason why this is happening.
