Is there any difference in terms of how RUM works on Citrix vs RUM works on Web Application?

I have a prospect having all 5 VDA servers already monitored with the Citrix extension (in the 'custom' extension of setting there, it mentioned all 'monitored correctly') but the things is in the last 3 days I didn't see any user session for that custom application.

What could have gone wrong?

I'd recommend checking the logs from the module including windows event log, which is in charge of creating those user sessions first. Most likely there is some sort of network issues - firewall, non-trusted certificate (certificate changed).
