    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, this can be considered via DTONE. In the tenant, open the chat window (near top right) and ask there. They'll be able to start that workflow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, FYI, Dynatrace has two types of "key" things: user actions and requests. User actions are "frontend", requests are "backend" or "server side". The title of your post suggests the latter, the tags suggest the former.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason I mention that is so you're clear with DTONE - it'll slow things down if they are confused and have to re-do the workflows so best to use the correct terminology for the most efficient response &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
